Fire Trucks - The kindergarten students created these fire engines as part of their unit on community helpers.  We talked about serving our community, and how firefighters do this every day. Fish Bowls - The kindergarten made these fun fishbowls inspired by Henri Matisse. We used paper and paint to achieve the bright colors and patterns Matisse is famous for. The fishbowl and fish were done separately, then added on after the paint was dry.
Matisse Collages - To practice their scissor skills, the kindergarten students learned about the paper cutting work of Henri Matisse.
