To create these sheep, the first grade students blew bubbles through a straw into a mixture of water, black tempera paint, and dish soap. Once they made enough bubbles to come over the edge of their cup, they placed a piece of paper on top. The texture of the bubbles printed onto the paper. While these dried, they drew backgrounds using oil pastels. Then, cut sheep bodies from the bubble paper. After adding construction paper faces, they attached the sheep to their new homes in the Irish countryside.
