Foil Relief

5th Grade_archive

The fifth grade students created this foil relief cross for their silent auction project.  Each student began with a small square of cardboard.  They coated it with glue, then created a design using pieces of yarn.  A piece of aluminum foil was then placed over the design and pressed down so that the design showed through.  After folding the edges over to secure the foil, they colored their tiles with sharpie markers.
